McCain Construction storm shelters and safe rooms are high quality custom installations that meet or exceed FEMA 32O standards. Since all installations are custom we can deliver the exact dimensions you require, from a small emergency room to a larger group shelter. You also have complete control over the placement of electrical service, heat and air ducts and plumbing fixtures. Safe rooms are equipped with a steel door with 14 gauge outer layer, 3 hinges and drilled for owner installation of 3 deadbolt locks.
